Our monthly chocolate subscriptions ship once a month.
If you order 1/2 lb, 1 lb or 3 lb chocolate boxes from our chocolate store, order fulfillment can take up to 10 business days because Jackie's Chocolates are made-to-order. We only ship fresh chocolate with no chemical preservatives. Most orders are fulfilled much sooner.
We ship our chocolates at the beginning of the week (Monday and Tuesday) to ensure that your chocolate spends less than 48-72 hours in transit and arrives fresh. Our shipping department may delay shipments due to excessive heat.
This usually means your box was handed off to either a front office/reception desk or neighbor. If your building has an office, we suggest that you check with them. If you have a larger mailbox where you receive parcels, check there.
We also recommend going to your local post office with your tracking number. They may be able to help.

Jackie's Chocolate ships to over 100 countries. We've partnered with DHL to offer 72 hour shipping to most countries. Free shipping promotions are not eligible for international orders. Jackie's Chocolate is not responsible for any taxes, tariffs, VAT, or customs charges that you may incur.
Your chocolate will not melt during the time it leaves our facility and arrives at your door. We carefully package chocolate orders with thermal insulation and deep freeze cold packs. We ship at the beginning of the week (Mondays and Tuesday) to ensure your chocolate spends less than 48-72 hours in transit. However, it is very important to move your chocolate to a cool place immediately upon delivery. If your chocolate sits in a metal mailbox/parcel box or in direct sunlight for several hours, it will likely begin to melt.
If you provide us with an incomplete or inaccurate shipping address, your box will be returned to us. We are unable to issue refunds or send replacements for incomplete or inaccurate shipping address. Please double check the shipping address in your order confirmation email to prevent this problem.
Our chocolate is not made with gluten. However, our facility does make products that contain gluten (pretzels, crackers, etc.) and there is the risk of cross-contamination. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our products are gluten free.
Unfortunately, due to the high cost of shipping, we are unable to offer free samples. However, our monthly chocolate subscription is a great way to try our hundreds of different chocolates. We want happy customers. That's why we offer free returns on all items - no questions asked. Emails us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return.
If a product arrives damaged due to weather or other issues occurred during shipping, send a photo of the damaged product to email@example.com within 72 hours of receipt and we will send a replacement or issue a store credit.
We recommend storing chocolates at 60º to 70ºF and consuming within approximately 3–4 weeks after purchase. If you place chocolate in the refridgerater or freezer, place them in an air-tight container to avoid humidity.
We're so sorry to hear that you want to go, but we understand that everyone can't stay forever.
You can always pause your subscription or skip your next renewal if you need a break.
You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing. To cancel, log in to your account or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note: Canceling your subscription does not refund past charges nor does it cancel any prepaid shipments. Canceling makes it so you do not get charged any more in the future and your subscription will not renew
