Peppermint Meringues

Light, airy and crunchy.  Made with cane sugar, egg whites and plenty of peppermint candy pieces. Like any good meringue, they’re light as a feather and deliver an ideal balance of crunch and chew. 4 oz (approximately 40 pieces). 

INGREDIENTS: CANE SUGAR, EGG WHITES, CRUSHED PEPPERMINT CANDY (CANE SUGAR, RICE SYRUP, PEPPERMINT OIL, RED CABBAGE EXTRACT [FOR COLOR], PURPLE CARROT JUICE [FOR COLOR]), NATURAL FLAVORS, VANILLA EXTRACT (WATER, ALCOHOL, VANILLA BEAN EXTRACTIVES).
