It almost tastes like real peanut brittle, just a little different in flavor. Some large pieces had no peanuts in them at all. Wish you would use something other than Maltitol, so we could eat a little more at a time.

The peanut brittle was very tasty for being sugar-free. I know the label said 18g of carbs per serving, but it didn't say how many servings are in a bag, so I'm still not sure how much I ate. It didn't raise my blood sugar much, so I was pleased, and may order it again.

My wife and I used to be able to have peanut/cashew brittle whenever we wanted it. Now in our seventies peanut brittle has become a strict NO-NO. Until now. We didn't know it would be this good in sugar-free candy. We couldn't find it anywhere around us anyway. I asked that they select the thinnest pieces for my order and they did just that.....the thicker pieces were too hard for my teeth.
The only problem is that I can't stop eating it.......it is delicious and very addictive.
