I live in a warm area. Can you protect my shipment from heat?

Yes. We check the weather for each-and-every shipment. When necessary, we use thermal insulation, deep freeze cold packs and the shortest transit times to ensure your chocolate arrives cool and fresh. We ship to Las Vegas every day and it’s 110 degrees there!


How long do orders take to fulfill?

Orders can take up to 15 business days to fulfill.


Can I get a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes, we will send a tracking number to the email or phone number you provide once the order ships.


What is Shipping Protection?

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards are delivered by email to your recipient immediately upon purchase. Gift cards never expire.


I paid for Express Shipping. Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

Order fulfillment time and transit time are two different things. Your order will ship within 15 business days (order fulfillment time) by the shipping method you select (standard, express, etc.). Please keep in mind, orders that require ice can only ship on MONDAYS, TUESDAYS and WEDNESDAYS to ensure they spend the least amount of time in transit.

My shipment was delivered, but I can’t find it. 

Sometimes the delivery drivers leave packages in a hidden area to prevent theft. Please check behind gates, garages, gardens, etc. We also recommend talking to your neighbors or other members of your home to see if someone else accidentally picked it up. If you live in a building, check the lobby, mailroom or manager's office. You can also contact the shipping couriers directly:

What is the sugar substitute in your Sugar Free products?

Our products contain sugar substitutes like maltitol (a sugar alcohol), sucralose (a high intensity sweetener), and polydextrose (a bulking agent) instead of sugar.


I need to update the shipping address.

What is the difference between Sugar Free and No Sugar Added?

Some products, like raisins, naturally have sugar in them. These items are labeled as “No Sugar Added”. 


Can I build a custom box of chocolate?

No. We are not able to accommodate custom orders.
