How can I add a Gift Message?

Click “SEND AS A GIFT” under any product to add a gift message to your order. You’ll have the option to send a gift message by text message, a URL link (you can then copy/paste into an email or social media) or printed & included with their shipment. 


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders $99+ that are shipping to a single address within the United States. If you use a coupon that brings your total below $99, the shipping charge will apply. https://jackieschocolate.com/pages/free-shipping


I live in a warm area. Can you protect my shipment from heat?

Yes. We check the weather for each-and-every shipment. When necessary, we use thermal insulation, deep freeze cold packs and the shortest transit times to ensure your chocolate arrives cool and fresh. We ship to Las Vegas every day and it’s 110 degrees there in the summer! 


I need to update the shipping address.

Please send us your order number and shipping address immediately. We cannot change a shipping address once an order has shipped. hello@jackieschocolate.com


Can I delay a shipment for a birthday, holiday or certain date?

Yes. Please send us your order number and the desired shipping date immediately after purchase. hello@jackieschocolate.com

Can I get a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes, we will send a tracking number to the email or phone number you provide once the order ships.


What is Shipping Protection?

Do you sell gift cards?

What is your Return Policy?

You may return an order with an order value of $99 or less within 30 days of delivery. https://jackieschocolate.com/pages/return-policy


My shipment arrived damaged.

How long do orders take to fulfill?

My shipment tracking shows that the package was delivered, but I am unable to locate the package.

Sometimes the delivery drivers will leave a package in a hidden area to prevent theft. Please check behind gates, garages, gardens, etc. We also recommend talking to your neighbors or other members of your home to see if someone else accidentally picked it up. If you live in a building, check the lobby, mailroom or manager's office. You can also contact the shipping couriers directly:

What is the sugar substitute in your Sugar Free products?

Sugar Free products contain sugar substitutes like maltitol (a sugar alcohol), sucralose (a high intensity sweetener), and polydextrose (a bulking agent) instead of sugar.

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes. 


Do you ship outside of the USA?

No.  We have tried this in the past, but many countries have extremely high tariffs/taxes on chocolate (50-100%) and it leads to very upset customers. 

 

What is the difference between Sugar Free and No Sugar Added?

Some products, like raisins, naturally have sugar in them. These items are labeled as “No Sugar Added”. 

 

Can I build a custom box of chocolate?

No. We are not able to accommodate custom orders. Thank you for your understanding. 

 

Can I customize my monthly subscription?

No. We are not able to accommodate custom orders. Thank you for your understanding. 

 

Are any of your products Kosher?

No. 

 

Do you sell gluten free products?

No. 

 

Can you send me a sample?

No. Unfortunately, the shipping costs are too prohibitive. Thank you for your understanding. 

 

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

Yes. 


Can you accommodate any food allergies?

No. Please do not purchase or consume any of our products if you have a food allergy.
