When you place an order on our website, your order is added to our production queue. Many of our chocolates are made-to-order. It's important to us that we ship the freshest chocolates possible. The chocolate you buy in stores is 6-18 months old before it gets to you. Our chocolate is freshly made.
If your shipment requires ice, we can only ship your order on a Monday or Tuesday.This is to ensure that your chocolate does not spend more than 48 hours in transit. If it spends more than 48 hours in transit, the ice pack will melt and your chocolate will melt.
As a result, order fulfillment can take up to 21 days.We understand this may not work for some customers. If this is the case, please do not place an order. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
