When you place an order on our website, the order is added to our queue. Many of our chocolates are made-to-order. It's important to us that we ship the freshest chocolates possible. Unlike store bought chocolates, our products do NOT sit in a warehouse for months or years.
As a result, fulfillment can take up to 21 days. We understand this may not work for some customers. If this is the case, please do not place an order. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
